  • Refunds processed via credit card or PayPal can take up to 5-7 business days to settle in your account. Please allow this amount of time to elapse before contract customer support or your financial institution.
  • Karishma Patel label reserves the right to immediately refund, refuse or cancel any orders deemed suspicious. You will be notified of this refund.
  • All products displayed online are for personal use only and NOT for re-sale. If we suspect that you may be purchasing products to re-sell, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Please contact us for wholesale or re-sell tie ups.
  • We take cyber security extremely seriously and employ several precautions to protect both ourselves and our customers from this threat. Orders over a specific value may be subject to a verification process to determine that the individual processing the order is in possession of the credit card used for the order. Should any personal information be sent to Frow, it will be immediately and permanently destroyed after verifying the customer’s identity.
  • Gift Vouchers or credit notes cannot be refunded for cash. This value is only redeemable through products on the Frow’s website.

Shipping

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?

We offer free shipping in India for orders above Rs 6500/- and flat shipping rate of Rs 200/- for all other domestic orders. International shipping will be calculated at checkout. Express shipping available with an additional charge of Rs1000/-

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME?

All items take about 24 – 48hrs to process. Orders placed Monday – Friday after 3PM IST will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 7-10 business days. Express orders are dispatched within 2-3 days via Air transport. Orders placed on Friday after 3PM IST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday Usual deliveries post-dispatch time : Metro cities 3-4 days; Others- 4-7 days Usual deliveries post Express dispatch time : 1-2 days

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill number (AWB no.) and courier partner name is sent to you via email. Please visit the courier partner website and enter the AWB no. shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery. CAN I REFUND A GARMENT?

Our policy does not allow any refunds. Each garment is specifically made to order and undergoes strict quality control checks. Although we offer exchange services. All Custom made order are Final Sale and can not be returned or exchanged

CAN I GET ALTERATIONS ON THE GARMENT?

Our policy allows our customers to ask for alterations in a garment In case of any fit issue one time . An exchange is eligible when it is size-related and wants to exchange for a different size.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE A GARMENT?

Our policy at KARISHMA PATEL LABEL allows our customers to ask for alterations in a garment Incase of any fit issue. We do not allow exchanges since each garment is specifically made to order.

WHAT TO DO IF THE GARMENT RECEIVED IS FAULTY/ DAMAGED?

We hold a strong quality check before shipping our orders, however in the case of any damaged items, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please help us understand it better by sharing pictures of the damaged product.

EXCEPTIONS/ NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale/discounted items or gift cards or if the order has been customized for you.

For the process Kindly Follow the steps- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging Send us an email within 5 business days of receiving the package on karishmapatellabel@gmail.com or WhatsApp on +91 ………….. If the number of days exceeds then the item will not be accepted. The team will revert with an email confirming the alterations along with shipping details. . Send the package to the address stated in the return email with 3 days from receiving a reply from us for the same .Please note the courier charges will be borne by the customer itself . Please note that we will not accept alterations for items marked as SALE.

T & C

Billing

The price of our merchandise is inclusive of the GST. The GST charged shall depend upon the destination where the order has to be shipped. The tax rate applied to the order will be the combined tax rate for both state and local tax rates in accordance with the address where the order is being shipped. We reserve the right to collect taxes for shipping charges wherever applicable.

Returns and Exchange

We may accept returns for account credit only. For this purpose we must receive the merchandise within 5- 7 days from the date it was shipped to you. Items must be unused, and undamaged by you. Goods will be returned only if they are returned in their original packaging. We do not provide refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or a store credit if they meet our terms and conditions. Since we keep limited inventory and under such circumstances the amount paid by you can be used by you whenever you shop with us next time. All conditions applicable to return of goods shall also apply to exchange of goods.To return an item, the customer must write to us at labelfrow@gmail.com with in Subject ; “Return Order” within 48 hours of receiving the product , a prompt response is assured to such mails. If you are not satisfied with the product received by you for any reason you may have the option to exchange and at our sole discretion to receive a refund. We are not liable for any damages caused to the Product during transit.
